For Young Professionals

Young Ambassador Program

The Young Ambassador Program encourages and supports student, graduates and young professionals to adopt a strong ethical foundation as they begin their careers in the banking and financial services industry.

The program provides the young ambassadors with ethics education and workshops, increasing their ethical literacy and strengthening their capacity to make ethical choices. They have the opportunity to apply their learnings to a project which addresses a gap within the industry or the community that will create lasting benefits. Throughout the year the team meets with leaders of the industry, alumni from the program and develops a strong network of like-minded people. The cumulation over the years amounts to a strenthening ethical foundation in our financial services.
