The BFO (thebfo.org) is an initiative founded by Industry leaders and affiliated with The Ethics Centre. The Oath contains a set of commitments that individuals can adopt and apply as personal principles in their work.
Industry Young Ambassador Program
In recognition of the fact that the young people of today are the future leaders of the industry The BFO Board, Chaired by John F.Laker (former Chairman of APRA) and The BFO Policy Council, Chaired by Simon McKeon wish to create a closer alliance with between current and future leaders.
In October 2017 the Ambassadors were announced at a ceremony conduicted by Deputy Governor of The Reserve Bank, Guy Debell. Industry leaders attendended the event and the Ambassadors and all young people were recognised for the contributions they make to the industry.
